The request is raised within 24 hours of placing the order AND
The service or subscription has not yet been activated or processed

Wappiko offers digital services only. Therefore, there is no physical shipping involved.
Access to services, tools, dashboards, and campaigns will be provided via email or online portals within 24 working hours from successful payment confirmation.
Service timelines or delivery milestones (e.g., campaign go-live dates) may vary based on the scope of the selected package.
In the case of any technical delay or access issues, our support team will coordinate with you to ensure resolution.
In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen system limitations or operational issues, Wappiko reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full payment to your original payment method.
